Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I bought Orlando CityPASS tickets park to park Universal Studios to Islands of Adventure and did not receive my tickets even though it was charged to my credit card. The charge shows pending but no tickets were issued. This caused a lot of confusion and commotion. After many phone calls to the credit card company and CityPASS I was told no tickets would be issued and the pending charge would be dropped. I had to rebuy the tickets elsewhere as we were waiting in-line.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad experience :-( Bought the tickets for Kennedy Space Center. However at the time when we arrived at the attractions location they were still not there. Bought tickets straight at the entrance of the morning / the 15th of July. ( Due to very haevy rain that day we had to make this decision as we did not know ifbthecpass tickets would ever arrive.). Asked refund - unfortunately it was declined. :-( Bad experience.
